eAPIS
In order to provide as much information to the flying public on both sides of the borders, the BBP has put specific eAPIS information in the public area of our website. Please review the information prior to and while using eAPIS. There are many answers to almost all of your questions listed below. And we will be adding more information as it is fed to us from DHS and other sources. Jack @ BBP
DHS requires all border crossing via aircraft to have filed and eAPIS (electronic Advance Passenger Information System) effective May 18, 2009
This is a major change for us that cross the border and all are subject to major fines and or penalties if eAPIS is not provided or if the eAPIS rules are not complied with.
In order to help out our membership, we have attempted to put togther questions with what we believe to be the best answers as provided by our knowledge as well as from input from DHS.
