The Baja Bush Pilots have the necessary licenses and Mexican underwriters to provide Mexican Liability insurance for your aircraft as required by Mexican law.

And, in a special arrangement with the underwriters, we now can offer this insurance via the Internet 24/7.

Now, for the first time we can provide you liability insurance instantly 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  You fill out the form on line, click to send, and receive your certificate instantly.  And a second copy is emailed to a destination of your choice for backup purposes.

The certificate is in both English and Spanish so that there is no question as to what your certificate covers when asked on either side of the border.

Once you submit your request, it is fully earned and is not transferable to other persons or aircraft.

Upon receipt of your application, charges may be adjusted if the form is marked wrong i.e. you indicate that you are a current member but are not.

Current Member is defined as one who is current with their annual dues.

The BBP Liability Insurance for your aircraft provides you with US$300,000 combined single limit civil liability.

Several Important things to know when filling out your form:

Page one:  Policy Data
    Use the pull-down calendar to change the effective policy date.
    (If date is changed, change the time as well)

Page two:  Insured Data
    Use pull-down to choose “Individual” or “Business”
    (Information must reflect the registered owner)

Page three:  Aircraft
    In addition to the aircraft information you must list the uses of
    aircraft:
 Click on any use that you may use the aircraft for i.e. I chose
        “Private and for Pleasure”, “Aerial Photography”, and “Search and
        Rescue”.

Page four:
    In addition to listing the cost of the certificate, you must
    acknowledge two clauses of acceptance.
    This is also where you enter your credit card information
    When done, click on the “purchase” icon at the bottom of the page

Certificate:
    Upon completing the purchase, your certificate will be displayed on
    the screen and will be available to print out as well as sending a
    back-up copy to the listed email address.

Note:  Your US Insurance policy may cover your liability requirements in Mexico.  Check with your agent to confirm.
